Services

Done Right Consulting LLC provides website remodeling and modernization services for small businesses. Specific services, pricing, and terms for each project will be discussed and agreed upon during our consultation process.

Consultation and Project Agreements

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. All projects will be governed by a separate written agreement that outlines the specific scope of work, timeline, pricing, and other relevant terms. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, any project-specific agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. We may charge in 15-minute increments for small tasks, project-based pricing for larger work, or monthly retainers for ongoing support, as discussed and agreed upon for each project.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the work product created specifically for your project. You retain all rights to your existing website content, branding, and materials. We retain the right to use your project (with attribution) in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary access to complete the project
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Done Right Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Warranties

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, except as specifically stated in your project agreement. We do not guarantee that our services will result in increased sales, conversions, or specific business outcomes.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. Specific termination terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
